the beautiful suite had amazing space, especially returning from smaller hotels. the rooftop pool had very nice views. i found the walk to the metro station quite manageable. the apartment had facilities making it feel like home, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven stove, and clothes washing machine.
the air conditioning automatically reset to 23c each time i tried to adjust it.

The apartment was spacious. It felt very modern. The staff were very friendly! Ramar, Ousmanna, and Radesh at reception were fantastic. The bell men were also super helpful.
I pre-requested early check-in. I had to pay extra to access my room early. That was not great! The air conditioning would automatically reset to 23 degrees. The beach access required a shuttle bus ride.

the rooms were amazing and fully equipped, what a treat! i loved that the hotel extended our stay for a late checkout, it really helped. the rooftop pool is lovely too, we really enjoyed our swimming.
on arrival, the a/c in the room wasn't working properly, what a disappointment! it took a while for maintenance to fix it, but eventually it was sorted, though it was still a bit too warm for my liking.

the hotel restaurant offers a diverse menu with international and local options. the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, it was tasty. service was prompt and attentive during meal times.

the staff provided excellent service during my stay, very attentive! check-in was smooth, and the concierge assisted with directions, plus recommendations. housekeeping was thorough and timely each day.

The rooms provided adequate space.
The check-in process took an unreasonably long time. There were only two receptionists to handle a large number of guests. Basic amenities were missing from the room. Hot water was not readily available. The room service was quite poor.
